At the risk of being ostracized, at best, for inputting actual information, the question should be answered but is of hypothetical interest only. It is not practical. First: my position is that men should be legally and financially responsible for life, for any consequences of sexual activity without exception or limitation, including but not limited to pregnancy, and should not be involved with decisions related to abortion or childbirth unless so contracted prior to the pregnancy or activity. Any legislation that interferes with those decisions, no matter the intent or justification, is essentially unenforceable, creates criminals out of victims, does more harm than any possible good, and is to be opposed. (That's from me after a half century dealing with kids, families, and related issues and criminal actions and behaviors. If men did it they own the aftermath, permanently. And the woman makes the decisions. ).
